The Campus Life Directors have full discretion about which facility, room and bed staff are placed each quarter. Staff may be asked to move from one location to another on a quarter by quarter basis.
No staff member is entitled to stay longer than one quarter.
Each staff member must sign a new Housing agreement each quarter in order to continue to stay in any Base Housing.
Each Staff member by signing this document acknowledges that they must vacate their room one week before Arrival Thursday for the beginning of the next quarter, or they must have signed a new Housing agreement for that quarter.
If a staff member has not paid their Housing fees by the end of the quarter, they are not eligible for staff Housing until those fees have been paid or an arrangement has been reached with the Finance Office and Campus Life Directors.
Staff are subject to all the same Housing restrictions as students, these include but are not limited to :

A strict prohibition to consumption of drugs, tobacco or alcohol on our Campus
Violation of these policies may result in immediate expulsion without warning from Base Housing Base on the decision of the Core Team and Campus Life Directors. Lesser violations may be met with a written warning.

Just cause includes any disciplinary or behavioral issues as determined by the Housing Directors and at least one member of the Core Team. Special attention is paid to incidents including students as staff are expected to be role models on Base.
