Our Leadership structure
ELDERSHIP — give spiritual oversight and lead through prayer, influence and relationship. They are uniquely tasked to embrace concern for the whole community, not individual, therefore have insight over pastoral issues, united in prayer, providing spiritual protection for the whole.
CORE TEAM — We each fit under a ministry category with leaders from these to represent us to eldership- they are Training, Impact Ministries, Campus Life, Community Health, Base Leaders.

OUR CIRCLES OF RELATIONSHIP:
Circles are facilitated communities to encourage and support the many different expressions of our community in smaller groups!
The goal is to gather regularly, pursue one another, grow together, collaborate, seek fruitfulness and impact together. The Circles are: Justice, Biblical Transformation, Valley, Go, Community Development, Awake. To get involved, contact the leaders for more information.
